Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on, Software Developer position that requires a range of skills.

• With thorough understanding of Kineto products, responsible for designing and building test automation platforms, tools, scripts, and applications to be used by the Eng Development, QA, and Customer Support  groups to validate and regress Kineto deliveries in the most robust and efficient way.
• Participate in Eng Design review to support in designing Kineto Master Test Strategy with QA lead
• Participate in Kineto Customer Support & QA testing and releasing activities to understand and optimize the overall test tool/environment/process.
• Articulate opinions on design problems and be able to proactively propose cost effective solutions.
• Use your experience and analytical skills in order to understand and debug systems as well as develop creative and innovative solutions to problems as they arise.
• Evaluate 3rd party Telecom test solution vendors, (GSM, WiFi, and UMA) Test Solutions such as R&S, Anite, PTICOMM, Aeroflex, Setcom or the similar Test Tools with respect to Kineto testing needs, and manage customer relationships and maintain solution information.

• At least 5 years experience of telecommunications in a test Environment
• Proven track record of developing test tools. platforms, scripts, and applications
• Must be proficient in C++ programming: Visual C++ (WIN32/MFC)  (3+ years hands-on coding experience)
• Must have TCP/IP socket and Client/Server hands on programming skill.
• Must be familiar with XML
• Knowledge of mobile data protocols such as GPRS
• Working familiarities on off the shelf Test Tools and Test Equipment, e.g T32, Ethereal, TestQuest, R&S, Anite, PTICOMM, Aeroflex, Setcom, Azimuth, and/or Aglient
• Knowledgeable of the latest communications technologies as well as emerging technologies of the future.
• Highly organized to handle large number of simultaneous activities in a very fast paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.
  -You need to be a strong communicator who is skilled in developing and maintaining key professional relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (i.e., computer science, engineering).
